Trump Conviction

This is the latest In Fact. Click the left arrow for earlier ones.

Democrat Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer claims that “Donald Trump went through the same legal process that all Americans go through, he was tried according to the facts and the law, and he was found guilty by a jury of his peers.”

IN FACT, juries sometimes convict innocent people, especially when jurors, judges, or prosecutors are biased. In this case, the jury pool was 87% Biden voters, the judge donated to Biden, and the prosecutor was a Soros-backed Democrat who campaigned for office by stating that the “most important” thing he could do was hold Trump “accountable” for “lawlessness.”

Furthermore, CNN legal analyst Elie Honig — a former federal and state prosecutor — explained, “The charges against Trump are obscure, and nearly entirely unprecedented. In fact, no state prosecutor — in New York, or Wyoming, or anywhere — has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime, against anyone, for anything. None. Ever.”
